玉米發(fā)酵飼料,促進(jìn)資源循環(huán)利用的目的發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),采用特殊高溫發(fā)酵技術(shù),利用高溫復(fù)合菌食品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的副產(chǎn)品,如玉米、玉米皮、粉、雜項(xiàng)等原材料為微生物發(fā)酵食物,和獨(dú)立的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的高科技發(fā)酵玉米飼料原料。

采用常規(guī)飼料檢測(cè)法測(cè)定飼料中的干物質(zhì)、總能量、灰分、粗蛋白、鈣、總磷和氯的含量,采用TCA法測(cè)定植酸磷的含量。我們選擇來源是相同的,類似的重量(70公斤),健康狀況良好的三元混合商業(yè)70頭,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每個(gè)處理4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)8 ~ 9,男性女性一半,消化實(shí)驗(yàn)(內(nèi)部指標(biāo)法、4摩爾/ LHCl、酸不溶性灰分),可以測(cè)量其明顯的消化和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率。結(jié)果表明:

發(fā)酵玉米在豬、鴨、蛋雞上的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在蛋白質(zhì)、氨基酸等營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分相同的前提下,豬飼料配方成本可節(jié)省5.5 ~ 178.5元/噸。鴨飼料配方成本節(jié)約26.1~28.4元/噸;蛋雞飼料成本可節(jié)約9.4~29.9元/噸。同時(shí),它可以減少飼養(yǎng)動(dòng)物的發(fā)病率,改善和提高動(dòng)物肉制品的質(zhì)量,改善飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境,穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)性能,減少抗生素的使用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
